We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to help lead our project controls function across some of Aotearoa’s most significant infrastructure programmes.

You will work closely with client teams to:

• Embed project controls capability within delivery teams
• Mentor and support project controls specialists
• Translate cost, schedule, and risk information into clear insights and early warnings
• Enable confident, timely decision-making on complex projects

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Auckland Buildings team. This is a role for someone who can confidently take ownership of complex vertical build projects, lead strong client engagement, and keep delivery moving across design, procurement, contract management and construction phases.

• Has strong New Zealand-based project management experience in client-side or consultancy environments
