This month we’re celebrating a significant milestone for Geoffrey Peters as he marks 10 years with Frequency.
Geoff brings a combination of depth, calm capability, and consistency that has made him an integral part of both our team and our culture. His background in the Defence Force is reflected in the way he approaches complex environments, structured, steady under pressure, and always focused on delivery.
Over the past decade, Geoff has played a key role in strengthening our project controls capability, developing tools that help plan, track, and deliver across some of our most complex programmes of work across the country.
Beyond the technical expertise, Geoff is valued for how he shows up, dependable, collaborative, and always willing to step in and support others. He has helped shape the culture we rely on today: one that is grounded and focused on doing the work well together.
