Since joining just over a year ago, Stenin has quickly stepped into a leadership role, taking ownership of emerging challenges and helping to strengthen delivery capability across the team. He brings a calm, practical approach to his work, combining strong technical delivery with a genuine willingness to support those around him. He has also led the development and delivery of contractor training modules, coordinating inputs from across Frequency.
