Last week, we hosted another ‘Explore a Career in Project Management’ morning, bringing together Year 12, Year 13, and university students keen to learn more about the profession.
Through conversations with our team about different career pathways, and a visit to a live project site, students got a first-hand look at what project management looks like in practice – and, importantly, the many different roles and career pathways that exist across the construction industry.
For us, these events are about opening students’ eyes to the breadth of opportunities in our industry and helping them see that there’s much more to construction than they might first think.
It was a great morning and a big ngā mihi nui to our team for sharing their experiences.
