David is a civil engineer and astute Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience across a range of civil infrastructure sectors both in the New Zealand and the UK. He brings a strong technical foundation and has progressed seamlessly from engineering roles into project leadership, developing a well-rounded skillset that supports confident, reliable delivery.
David’s recent work includes providing project management services for Watercare on major water sector infrastructure projects, ranging from extensive large diameter pipelines to water treatment plants. Before joining Frequency, David played a key role in the Central Interceptor project, where he led the delivery of the $25M Mangere Confluence Chamber, an integral component of one of New Zealand’s largest wastewater infrastructure programmes.
David is passionate about managing projects that deliver on all aspects of client success. He is highly organised, thrives under pressure, and is known for his meticulous attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving, schedule management and cost control. David brings strength and steadiness to every stage of delivery, helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
