Ben brings over 17 years of experience leading development and project management, advisory, structural design, and the delivery of building and infrastructure projects across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and North America.
He works across the full project lifecycle, collaborating closely with design and construction teams, clients, and end-users to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Known for his approachable style and clear communication, Ben fosters alignment among diverse stakeholders and keeps teams focused on practical, achievable solutions.
With experience in both modular and traditional construction methods – from residential projects to high-rise developments, he helps teams make informed delivery decisions that balance quality, programme, and commercial outcomes.
Ben also contributes to the wider industry as a Board Director for OffsiteNZ, bringing his expertise in offsite and innovative construction practices to support sector-wide advancement.
