Paul is a senior project management leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex building and infrastructure projects across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. His background spans structural engineering, project management, and team leadership, providing a strong technical and commercial foundation for successful project delivery.

He has led multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle, from business case and design through to construction and completion, delivering projects across the healthcare, education, defence, infrastructure, and data centre sectors.
