Frequency provided project management services for the delivery of a new two-storey library and teaching space at Newlands College, from preliminary design in April 2024 through to construction completion in October 2025. Delivered under a Design and Construct contract, the project created much-needed library learning space, including a modern classroom, dedicated staff and student areas, and a fully inclusive environment with the addition of an accessible lift.

Constructed within a live school environment, the build was carefully delivered over nine months, with complex logistics required to deliver large structural steel and materials into the centre of the school grounds. The result is a bright, modern learning hub that will support students and the wider school community for generations to come.
