Jay Suta

As a Senior Associate at Frequency, Jay delivers complex infrastructure projects as a project and programme manager, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through procurement, construction, and commissioning.

He brings over 14 years of experience in project and programme management, having delivered projects as a contractor, client-side representative, and consultant. He has managed large-scale transport, water infrastructure, treatment plant, and geothermal projects, with a strong specialty in leading multidisciplinary teams. Having worked across contractor, client, and consultant roles, Jay combines broad insight with deep technical understanding to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management, Jay brings the technical expertise and leadership capability required to guide multidisciplinary infrastructure projects to successful outcomes.
