Jay has over a decade of experience in water infrastructure, operations, and project delivery, managing complex, multidisciplinary projects while building trusted relationships into his work across diverse communities.

His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from early engagement and design through to commissioning, working closely with clients to achieve alignment and deliver outcomes that are meaningful and enduring. He brings strong commercial awareness, technical and operational understanding, and a deep appreciation for safety, quality, effective risk management, and te ao Māori.
