Steve is an experienced Project and Development Manager with more than 15 years’ experience delivering complex seismic, engineering, and construction projects across Aotearoa New Zealand. With a strong design background and deep technical expertise, he has a thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from early feasibility and Business Case development through to delivery, commissioning, and handover.
He has led major projects for organisations including Precinct Properties, the Ministry of Education, and Foodstuffs North Island, consistently ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality outcomes. His capability spans design management, construction methodology, planning and programming, and health and safety, supported by roles such as Engineer to the Contract, Engineer’s Representative, and Senior Project Manager.
